This course will focus on training the artist to portray the human person through portraiture, figure drawing, and through the study of anatomy. You will learn basic anatomical reference points, proportionality, and a step by step guide in tackling this challenging subject. The course will be a combination of drawing the portrait as well as draped figures from life as well as copying anatomical drawings and models for further understanding.
